SAN ANTONIO – Authorities are investigating after a jogger found a dead man submerged in the river.According to officials, a jogger called the police after he saw a head of a man submerged in the water. The fire department was able to extract the body using tools.
They found that his boots were soaked and heavy. Police believe that his steel-toed boots weighed him down.Officials were able to determine that the body found was a man in his 60s. Medical Examiner will take possession of the remains where they will be able to identify the individual.
