It was a special night of celebrating Jinger." Fans are loving these photos ... and that dress. Uh, we feel the same way -- but then again, we adore most of the clothing that Jinger wears, especially now that she's not bound to super modest skirts and tops.
Living in California has truly brought Jinger out of her shell, and we love that she had so many friends to celebrate her birthday with. Way to go, Jeremy!
