Zachary Hart later told an investigator posing as a teenager that he'd once been with an 11-year-old girl, court documents said.
A Dauphin County man who worked as a high school janitor has been charged with unlawful contact with a minor after allegedly sending a 13-year-old girl a nude photo.
The affidavit said the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received a tip in June in regard to Hart possibly talking and sending explicit photos to underage girls. The court documents said he sent a 13-year-old a photo of his genitals. When the officer told Hart they were 13, Hart allegedly said that would not be a problem. “I was with someone who was 11 for like a month,” he said, according to the affidavit.
