Officials hope to have the boil water advisory lifted by Saturday, though Lumumba noted that was "an ambitious goal." Environmental Protection Agency rules require the city to issue a boil water notice when water pressure at the city's main treatment facilities drops below a certain threshold, Lumumba said.
