According to a news release, JACK released betJACK in anticipation of real money sports betting arriving in Ohio, which is still in the process becoming real after the Ohio Statehouse passed a bill allowing for it. The app will let people try their hand at sports betting without spending any money. The app is the next step in JACK’s preparations for real sports betting.
