The first trailer for Kraven the Hunter has been released, leading some to wonder if the movie will feature a version of Spider-Man in the Sony film.
The first trailer for Sony's Spider-Man spin-off Kraven the Hunter has been released, though questions have been raised about whether the iconic Webslinger will be featured in the upcoming movie or not. A classic member of Spider-Man's rogues' gallery, Sergei Kravinoff is set to join Sony's ongoing universe of characters belonging to the Spider-Man mythos . However, the Wallcrawler himself has yet to appear in past movies such as Morbius or the previous Venom films.
That said, there are a handful of key shots in the Kraven trailer that may tease Spider-Man's involvement. This includes a sequence where Kraven is in a forest while several spiders descend upon him from their webs, a clear tease to Kraven's fated foe whom he views as the only worthy prey in the comics. Additionally, Kraven does encounter a new version of The Rhino, another classic Spider-Man villain seen at the very end of the trailer.
