A former Southwest flight attendant is suing over her anti-abortion rhetoric after harassing union president.

Southwest Airlines, along with local flight attendant union, is being sued by former employee on anti-abortion stanceThe only thing both sides agree about is that Southwest Airlines canned Charlene Carter, a former flight attendant.

But Carter now claims in a federal lawsuit that she'd been let go in violation of her First Amendment rights and as retaliation for her religious beliefs, namely her opposition to abortion. The trial started in Dallas on Tuesday., she was let go because of violations of company policies “related to social media, harassment, and bullying.

Carter then sent another video of a fetus and message about an hour later, then yet another message with an article claiming a terrorist had played a role in the march. Later that day, she sent yet another message with an article on Planned Parenthood and abortion.
