Mitch Little, who with Tony Buzbee and Dan Cogdell defended Paxton in his trial in the Senate last month, officially announced Friday he would face off against freshman Rep. Kronda Thimesch, R-Lewsiville.Paxton had teased earlier this month that Little, a Harvard-trained attorney, might run for the Legislature. The three-term attorney general again posted his support on X, formerly Twitter, describing him as “a true conservative fighter for the Texas House.
