The women lived in the house with two other roommates.The Moscow Police Department had repeatedly maintained that it believed the crimes were targeted, but declined to provide further details."You're going to have to trust us on that at this point, because we're not going to release why we think that," Captain Roger Lanier said at a news conference last week.
