Ian Staves, 44, was found dead at his home in Wootton in North Lincolnshire, in September 2022.
The jury in the trial of six men accused of murdering a man in North Lincolnshire has been discharged.Prosecutors at Hull Crown Court alleged he had been strangled to death by men who planned to steal drugs from him. All six deny murdering Mr Staves.
