Parry has shown off the results of his efforts in a number of shirtless snaps on Instagram, and in one before and after shot, Parry revealed his six pack and toned arms.
He captioned it: "What we have here is a much needed short-term body tune-up! These were taken less than a month apart. "As you can see, there's not a big difference, but then, big changes weren't made. Just small tweaks in diet and training with a purpose made me look and feel 10x healthier. "Even if it's just feeling happier or more comfortable in your own skin. It's important to celebrate the little wins now and again!"
