Juliet.animal shelter revealed that the innocent-looking feline was, in fact, a bobcat.
Amy Simcik, the director of the sanctuary, revealed she knew the animal wasn’t like a typical domestic cat.Amy also revealed that bobcats tend to make birdlike noises, rather than a meow. The animal, later named Pearl, was checked over by medics before being sent to another center in Chattanooga. Bobcats are not known for attacking humans, but experts have warned that the beasts shouldn't be touched.
