With just weeks to go until the return of Strictly Come Dancing, celeb contestant Adam Thomas has spoken out about his 'pain' amid his diagnosis with Rheumatoid Arthritis
Waterloo Road actor Adam Thomas has said he is "struggling" and "in pain" after being diagnosed with the chronic illness Rheumatoid Arthritis.
"A very rare sight … me with my top off!" he captioned the picture, adding: "But I need to get comfortable feeling uncomfortable! Am not in the best shape of my life but,I could be worse." "Swimming helps me so much with my arthritis, i mean as much as it kills me getting my top off and going for a swim, I know it’s helping me and I know it’s also helping me deal with the issues I’ve got with me and my body. Which is a good thing!Adam had previously shared the news on his Instagram, as he posted a pic of himself with his wife, Caroline, and their two children, son Teddy and daughter, Elsie-Rose.
