Britain’s Got Talent star Amanda Holden has insisted she's not a “slave to her fitness regime” as she proudly confessed she “loves food too much”.
Well known for her revealing and eye catching outfits on Britain’s Got Talent, Amanda has received multiple Ofcom complaints in the past for some of her more risqué outfit choices, but despite criticism from the public, insists she will “never fade into the background” like her grandma’s generation.While discussing her impressive physique with the publication, Amanda outlined her extensive fitness regime which helped her to stay in shape.
“But the deal I struck with myself was I have to run for my rosé wine in the summer and run for my red wine in winter. And I don’t do it because I feel I have to; I do it for my own discipline and dignity,” she continued.
