ImACeleb camp is in 'fake jungle with secret roof to keep set dry'
I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! is reportedly set in a "fake jungle" where the campmates have a secret roof over their heads.
But it appears all is not as it seems as the camp is said to have a secret roof, which is there to protect the recording equipment as well as lower the food down to campmates following their Bushtucker trials.And that's not all as the so called jungle the show is filmed in isn't even a jungle to begin with. The show is actually filmed in Springbrook National Park in Murwillumbah, New South Wales, which is defined by Tweed Shire Council as "lowland subtropical rainforest".
While the publication states there's a roof to protect campmates from torrential downpour, it seemingly doesn't cover their beds. In addition to this, there is reportedly a retractable canvas canopy that covers the fire in order to keep the stars warm. In the past, fans have taken to Twitter to voice their confusion over how celebrities stay dry. One person previously wrote: "Really confused as to how it’s pissing it down yet the beds stay so dry ? #imaceleb"."With the camps having gas stoves, how are they managing to keep warm and dry there clothes. It’s be bugging me #ImACeleb," another questioned.It comes after Arlene Phillips recently shared behind-the-scenes secrets from the show.
