WH digital fitness writer Morgan Fargo took on the challenge of doing a Pilates class every day for a fortnight. Here's what happened and everything she learned
Taking some time to reflect on my fourteen-day Pilates bonanza, I realised a lot of what I'd discovered could be simmered down to three key takeaways:Pilates is not a doss.
