'Great to see our town centre feeling so vibrant'
With more than a dozen street food traders, live music and crafts, visitors poured onto Fletcher Square to soak up the atmosphere last night . Coun Dan Costello, who represents Ashton Hurst on"A really good event and great to see our town centre feeling so vibrant!" The event is run The Market Company alongsideTry MEN Premium for FREEIt is funded by the Government, through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
Coun Sangita Patel, Tameside Council’s assistant executive member for culture, heritage, and digital inclusivity, said prior to the event:"We know Ashton has a fantastic cultural offer with both local arts and creative activities, and this event will really help add some vibrancy to Ashton. We really want the event to bring people together so they can relax and have some creative fun in a safe and welcoming environment.
