FRISCO – The mood around the Cowboys’ universe was set by second-year linebacker Micah Parsons.Parsons declined to attend his weekly television appearance on Fox Sports 1, saying his team’s recovery from a“I didn’t think it was appropriate for me to be on the show at that point,” Parsons said Wednesday. “I need to step up and be a leader.
