After fondly meeting the Queen each Christmas, locals hope the King will keep visiting Sandringham.

He has planted an apple tree in the garden of his new home in memory of the Queen. "It's my nod to her," he says.Rachel Bone visited Sandringham with members of her family following the Queen's death "We'll do it from the comfort of our own home, hopefully reflect and educate the children. It's a big event and it's something we won't ever experience again."
