The Palm Springs, California, home of TV and film producers Terence Winter and Rachel Winter has hit the market for $2.45 million.
“When you set foot on this property, you’re not merely entering a house, you’re immersing yourself in a living piece of history,” Snanoudj said, noting “its unique architectural elements and profound connections to Hollywood’s past and present.” Dubbed Via Lazo, the residence was originally owned by Jack Quigley, the general manager of Indian Canyons Golf Resort in Palm Springs. He had strong ties to A-listers such as Ronald Reagan and Bob Hope, according to the listing agents. Quigley also helped host the 1968 Governors Gala with Richard Nixon, which was held in the front yard of the property on the 7th hole of the golf course.
Terence Winter, 63, is known for his work as a producer of “The Sopranos” and “Boardwalk Empire” and a writer for the 2013 film “The Wolf of Wall Street.”
