yesterday had to do so in the rain and they may be ruing the fact the event was not held off for an extra day or two. Although the city does look set to enjoy some sun, it will not be a August-like heatwave. Temperatures will not be rocketing and there is still some rain being predicted. It also looks like there will be plenty of cloudy spells for the last week before November arrives.
