The Henry County Commission is setting out on an initiative to do something about this, starting with inmates. ”The partnership with Spectracare coming in and having a representative to evaluate people that are in the jail that may have mental issues. So it is a totality of all of it and putting that together with officers on the street,” Henry County Sheriff Eric Blankenship said.
