Healthy, sustainable food highlights National Nutrition Month
It may be the last day of National Nutrition Month, but recognizing sustainability through food choices can be highlighted all year long.
Meridan Zerner is a registered dietitian nutritionist with the Cooper Clinic in Dallas. She said this year's theme for National Nutrition Month is"Fuel for the Future," which captures the idea of eating healthily and sustainably.
