Naomi Seifter brings that dining commitment to Houston with the arrival April 24 of her first Houston outpost of Picnik, opening at the Montrose Collective, 888 Westheimer. Originally launched as a food trailer in Austin in 2013, Picnik now has two locations in the capital city. And now Houston will get its own taste of the brand’s “real food” menu next week at the local full-service restaurant and bar.
Picnik, according to a press release, crafts its dishes with thoughtfully sourced, healthier ingredients prepared without refined sugar, seed oils, gluten and peanuts. Picnik will serve lunch, dinner, and brunch. The restaurant joins the Montrose Collective’s dining lineup that already includes
