A man was head-butted and had his cell phone stolen at the Richmond BART Station Tuesday by another man who was arrested.
RICHMOND — A San Pablo man was head-butted and had his cell phone stolen Tuesday morning at the Richmond BART Station by another man who was later arrested, authorities said Wednesday.BART officials said the suspect did not know the 58-year-old victim, who required hospitalization for his injuries.
The suspect, a 30-year-old Oakland man, was arrested fleeing the station. The cell phone was recovered and the victim identified him as his attacker, officials said.
