Hawaii warns tourists that they’ll now need COVID booster shot to be considered fully-vaccinated

Hawaii Gov. David Ige plans to require tourists be boosted against COVID in order to avoid the state's five-day quarantine requirement. His team is currently working to determine what 'actions are necessary' to implement the booster shot requirement in the state's Safe Travels program.
