Harrisburg man charged with attempted homicide in drive-by shooting that injured two children
with multiple charges including attempted homicide. He is being held without bail in Dauphin County Prison pending a preliminary hearing.police responded to a report of shots around 11:50 p.m. in the 4900 block of Cumberland Street, whereThe victims were 4 and 6 years old, and rushed to Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, where they were treated for “serious injuries,” according to police.
At the time, authorities described the incident as a targeted attack, and the two children were not the intended targets. Police said Henderson-Baylor was charged with criminal attempt-homicide, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, unlawful possession of firearms, unlawful restraint and kidnapping.
