According to Hailey, she was eating breakfast with Justin Bieber on Thursday when she started to “experience stroke like symptoms.” She was then taken to the hospital. “They found I had suffered a very small blood clot to my brain, which caused a small lack of oxygen, but my body had passed it on its own and I recovered completely within a few hours," she wrote.
She confirmed that since Thursday's hospitalization, she is doing better. “Although this was definitely one of the scariest moments I've ever been through, I'm home now and doing well.” She then wrote of her appreciation for the hospital staff, adding “I'm so grateful and thankful to all the amazing doctors and nurses who took care of me.”
Just prior to the hospitalization, Hailey had attended Justin's recent concert and the pop star even shared a supportive Instagram. On March 10, he shared a photo of the pair, writing, “Can't keep this one down.”
