Charges announced, lawsuit filed in Houston nightclub shooting case
The Houston Fire Deparment transports several victims in ambulances after a shooting at a night club injured six people.Houston police Monday were searching for one of the men accused in connection with a deadly shooting outside aCarl Douglas Green, 32, has been charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection with the shooting at Tabú, according to Harris County court records.
In the six months prior to the shooting, police responded to more than 23 calls for service at the business, according to Houston Police Department numbers. The lawsuit seeks more than $1 million in relief, filings show. Aziz in an interview Monday said Harvey already has more than $1 million in medical bills after a 15-day stay at the hospital and emergency surgeries to repair injuries he suffered during the shooting.
