Roy Johnson, 35, was sentenced to 58-years-to-life in state prison followingin the October 2022 shooting of Paul Kutz at a Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County prosecutors said.
“We are extremely pleased that Judge [Edward] McLoughlin sentenced the defendant in accordance with our recommendation,” Weishaupt said.
