Despite being given every opportunity to stop the nuisance, the barking continued
Shakil Ali Asghar, owner of Agate Autos on Whalley New Road in Blackburn, had to pay the penalty after being convicted of breaching a noise abatement notice. He was warned by Blackburn with Darwen Council’s public protection service that the guard dogs at his car sales plot were barking late into the night and causing a nuisance to neighbours.
