Cathleen Collins is scheduled to be arraigned on March 28.
CLEVELAND, Ohio - A Cuyahoga County Grand Jury indicted the Rocky River mom involved in a statewide Amber Alert earlier this month.Rocky River police issued an Amber Alert on March 4 after Collins allegedly took her three-year-old daughter without permission. The child was found safe several hours later.Collins is on paid administrative leave from North Olmsted City Schools. She has been with the district since 2015 and her most recent job was an intervention specialist.
