Gorka Marquez was quick to respond to Aljaz Skorjanec's latest sweet update after he was forced to miss out on a catch-up with his former Strictly Come Dancing co-star and his baby daughter.

The former Strictly pro dancers announced their daughter's arrival on July 29 in a social media post shared on both of their Instagram pages featuring the first adorable photo of the new family of three.
"When Thiago met Lyra…." the former Hollyoaks and Emmerdale star captioned the start of her post before adding: "Future dance partners of which all their skill set in dance, will be from me." And Gorka was quick to respond: "Wish I was there," alongside a single tear emoji and a red heart.
