At a previous school board meeting, a special needs student claimed a teacher discussed inappropriate sexual topics during a sex ed lesson.
Unified School District held its regular school board meeting Tuesday night, and hundreds of parents, community members and students were in attendance. During the public comment portion, the topics discussed were related to gender identity and the district's curriculum and policies.
