The city centre shop is expanding its products.
OAKA Supercity in George Street currently sells food including Korean, Japanese, Thai and Chinese groceries, a licensing board meeting heard.
Now it is planning to expand its offering by selling Asian drinks, which could include the likes of sake among other tipples.An agent representing Supercity Scotland, said the business "has been there for some time" and sells "food and kitchenware." Speaking at last week's licensing board meeting, he said the firm wants to add a small alcohol element - covering five per cent of the shop's floor area.OAKA Supercity was granted permission for alcohol off sales at the meeting on Friday.
