Glasgow Airport is celebrating the takeoff of two new routes to top holiday destinations. PLAY's first Scottish route to Iceland set off on Friday while a new Girona route by Jet2 will be taking off on Sunday.
The first flight from the city to Keflavík in Iceland by low-cost airline PLAY took off on Friday morning - the first Scottish route for the airline.
The flight marks the first of the Sunday flights that will operate throughout the whole of the Summer 23 season until September 24.
