The dancer was keen to show his support for his co-star and friends Gorka and Gemma
Strictly Come Dancing star Giovanni Pernice has shown his support for his co-star Gorka Marquez and his fiancee Gemma Atkinson as they prepare to appear in their very own reality show.
But it appears he was amused by what was featured in the clip. Gemma and Gorka met back in 2017 when Gemma was a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing where fans are used to seeing Gorka as one of the pro dancers. Despite dancing with different partners, the pair were clearly getting on and love soon blossomed when they headed out on tour with the BBC One dance contest's arena tour in early 2018.
The former Hollyoaks and Emmerdale actress said in the reel: "And that was the first time I saw him, literally. I came up and I laughed and I turned round and I said, 'You alright?' He said, 'Yeah yeah, I am Gorka'. I said 'Gemma, nice to meet you.' He went 'nice to meet you'. And then we carried on and that was the first I'd ever met him.
