The day after Robert filed for divorce, Lindsay submitted her response, accusing him of domestic violence, cutting her off from his money, and “physical and mental cruel treatment.”
She also accused Robert of hiding money from her and cutting her off from his accounts and not letting her take part in their family’s lavish lifestyle. Robert is notably the son of Allen Shiver,“Suddenly husband is not permitting wife to use the jet or have access to funds,” her lawyer wrote.
