Bethan Kershaw looked sensational this week as she took to Instagram to show off her figure, donning a black cut-out swimsuit.
The reality star often uses social media as a platform to promote body confidence and recently shared an inspiring post about her body image struggles and how she's now "trying to love herself". Bethan wrote: "You are far much more than your measurements/appearance and you are only as beautiful as you treat people. Judging others only reveals the insecurities and criticism you hold for yourself when no one is around. Love yourself hard and then project that out onto the world."
