Gemma Atkinson has been told 'we've got this' by Janette Manrara as she showed her support as they both go through their post-partum journey. The new mums gave birth 11 days apart, Gemma with her second with her fiance Gorka Marquez and Janette with her first with her husband Aljaz Skorjanec.

She has since been sharing open and honest updates with her fans and followers and on Saturday , Gemma gave an update on her progress so far.
Gemma also shared some of the things she has been doing to get fit and healthy. She added: "Since I stopped BF at week 5 I've gone back to eating how I ate pre pregnancy. No more cravings so my diet has been clean. I'm also starting today week 3 of @hatch_athletic PP program. It's 3 short sessions a week and in between I've been on my Stairmaster
It comes after the pair, who have been friends ever since Gemma appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2017, had a sweet reunion last week in their first meet-up since giving birth last week. Taking to Instagram, Bury-born Gemma shared a picture of herself alongside Aljaz, both with their backs to the camera.
