Fans have rushed to defend Gemma Atkinson after comments were made over a picture of her baby son. The former Hollyoaks actress shared pictures on Instagram of baby Thiago meeting her Planet Radio colleague and friend Mike Toolan for the first time.
Gemma regularly posts family and workout updates on Instagram for her many fans and followers. But after posting a photo on Monday of Thiago asleep in a brown basket while lying on his front, she was met with some criticism.Gemma initially joked in the caption: "When Thiago met Toolan! Tools came round today and he gently leaned over the sleeping beauty to a welcoming sound of wet fart. As usual Tools ate half the contents in the fridge and left with more food boxed up for his tea.
But many of her followers rushed to the 38-year-old parent's defence, agreeing that she 'did not need to answer' to anyone. Instagram user Lauren McCarthy commented: "there’s always one who will say you are doing something wrong! Which you aren’t!" Hits Radio host Gemma and Strictly Come Dancing star Gorka met on the BBC One dance contest back in 2017.
