Fine for gamekeeper filmed shooting bird of prey
Sheriff Matheson told Parker Scotland's birds of prey were precious and deserved protection.
The conservation charity said it was likely Parker had used a plastic decoy owl to lure the bird to his position. The organisation's Dee Ward said: "It is right and proper that anyone who commits such an act is prosecuted and convicted.
