Cakes and cookie dough flew onto the floor, and Jayne was left with a sore back after the counter was pushed in her direction
The owner of Little Blonde Bakes, in Bury, Jayne Harrison, says the woman phoned and asked for her money back on April 13 after she failed to collect the eggs on Saturday, April 8, as agreed.
"It was awful," Jayne, 60, told the Manchester Evening News . "I just can't understand people that expect their money back because they don't remember to turn up. The customer had previously called to put in an order for six cheesecake-filled Easter eggs but forgot to pick them up. When Little Blonde Bakes reopened this week the customer called and claimed Jayne had sold them to someone else and demanded her money back.
"She was saying 'I want my money back, I can't afford to lose £47, I had to to go to Slattery's to buy some more.
