There are plenty of great lodging options near the park.
Since 2019, AutoCamp Yosemite has been welcoming guests to its property, where everyone stays in completely customized Airstreams, cabins, luxury tents or suites. Rates, which start at $233 during the peak season of summer, go down to $179 for the fall and winter months. The highlight for many people who book here is the retrofitted Airstream trailers, which can accommodate up to three adults, or two adults and two children.
After spending the day inside Yosemite National Park, enjoy a daily happy hour at the AutoCamp, where you can try a local beer or enjoy wine or canned cocktails. For a hearty meal, head to The Kitchen, which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The campground also hosts activities like live music, meditation classes, nature therapy and flower farm tours, some of which cost extra money.
Transportation to and from the park is provided by the Yosemite Area Regional Transit System, aka YARTS, the local public transportation program. Shuttles pick guests up at the front of the AutoCamp property and take them into Yosemite. If you choose to drive to the park yourself, AutoCamp is about 40 minutes from the Arch Rock Entrance.
