Stacey Keegan, chief executive of the specialist orthopaedic hospital, said: “The cost of living crisis is affecting all of us and we knew we wanted to see what we could do to support our staff at what is a difficult time. “We’ve been delighted to see how well received it has been, and we are still looking at what other measures we can take to help our staff out. We are an organisation that really cares for our people, so this was something we felt we had to do.”
Olivia Evans, the trust’s improvement lead and part of the cost of living working group, said: “It has been a real honour to work on this project and see what we can do to support our staff in these tough times.
