Xavier Servin, Joseph Cruz, Adam Anthony Cruz, and Kristian Miguel Villanueva were charged with counts of burglary and engaging in organized criminal activityFour men have been arrested in connection with thefts at more than 200 storage unit throughout Bexar County over the past several months.

Xavier Servin, 26; Joseph Cruz, 25; Adam Anthony Cruz, 22; and Kristian Miguel Villanueva, 24, were charged on March 1 with various counts of burglary and engaging in organized criminal activity. In November 2022, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office started receiving reports of burglaries from storage units in San Antonio and unincorporated parts of the county. On Nov. 11, Bexar County deputies found the Cruzes, who are brothers, and Servin at the Life Storage facility on Marbach Road with gloves, bolt cutters and a stolen revolver, according to an affidavit supporting their arrests.

After Cruz was released from jail, police believe the four suspects continued to rob facilities from December through February. Servin, Joseph Cruz and Villanueva were arrested by San Antonio Police Department officers and charged with burglary of a building and criminal mischief. On Feb. 28, the BCSO’s Texas Anti-Gang Task Force arrested Servin and the Cruzes again on warrants for burglary and engaging in organized criminal activity.On ExpressNews.com:Servin was arrested on suspicion of two counts of engaging in organized criminal activity, three counts of burglary of a building, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and one count of fraudulent use of an identification.
