Less than a month after Taylor Mikesell signed with the Atlanta Dream, the franchise released the former Ohio State guard on Monday.
Mikesell appeared in six contests in her 28 days with the Dream. In that time, the Massillon, Ohio, native averaged 2.8 points, 0.3 rebounds and 0.3 assists in 4.9 minutes of action per game. She also connected on 50% of her field goals, 42.9% of her 3-pointers and 100% of her free throws.
As Mikesell returns to free agency, she will undoubtedly have the same approach this time around as she did after Indiana released her.of her time with the Fever. “Just being able to see the pace of the game and all the talented players that they had in training camp. It was really cool to see and be able to compete against them every day and just take what I fell short on, work on it, and when that next opportunity comes, I’ll be ready to go.
