"He definitely had a lot of passions and a heart bursting with love,” said the man’s cousin Derwin Beushausen. “Christopher really, really was just a good guy. Christopher Beushausen enlisted in the U.S. Army following high school graduation in 2003 then served until 2010, according to hisAfter serving in the military, Christopher Beushausen received his associates degree in criminal justice fromHe worked for the Marion County Sheriff’s Office as a full-time deputy for about two years then as a reserve deputy with the sheriff's office from 2014-18.
Christopher Beushausen also worked as a school resource officer and a private security guard. Before he was killed, he was working as an Uber driver in Indianapolis.
