Forklift stolen from Oceanside Home Depot [Breaking]
Oceanside police are on the lookout for a forklift stolen from a local Home Depot parking log Saturday afternoon.
Lt. Marco Mendoza said the yellow-and-black Yale material mover was last seen headed east on Waring Road near College Boulevard about 3:40 p.m., according to a store manager who reported the theft. A law enforcement search of the area, which included an assist from a Sheriff’s Department ASTREA helicopter, was unable to locate the vehicle.
“They did find another unrelated forklift in the area, but the one that was reported is still missing,” Mendoza said.
