Footballer Kurt Zouma charged by RSPCA after kicking his cat
Footballer Kurt Zouma could face prosecution under the Animal Welfare Act after being filmed kicking his cat across his kitchen floor last month.
"The two cats continue to be cared for by the RSPCA. We will be in a position to release more information once a court date is confirmed." Moyes added that Kurt was "getting help", and the club was "trying to do as much as they could to help him".His brother Yoan, alleged to have filmed the incident, is a centre back at Dagenham and Redbridge.
